Our Client is a rapidly growing speciality pharmaceutical company engaged in the development and commercialisation of prescription medicines for the treatment of unmet therapeutic needs in major markets. With more than 300 people employed by the Company, it is headquartered in Scotland with commercial operations throughout the rest of the UK and continental Europe and a US head office.

They are seeking to recruit a Clinical Partnership Executive reporting to the Clinical Partnership Manager . This key role will:
Create and maintain professional relationships with relevant stakeholders in the NHS in order to promote and support the portfolio in the assigned region
Engage NHS organisations in projects and joint working initiatives which have a positive commercial impact on the portfolio
Grow sales in areas where projects or joint working initiatives are in place
To support the Regional Business Managers and Representatives in driving the teams success
Focus the company on key priorities that impact the business.
Accountabilities/ Responsibilities:

Relationship management with and influencing of NHS/PCO commissioners, public health leads, medicines management managers, PBC managers/leads, clinical leads and all other stakeholders that can have an impact on the portfolio
To engage PCO/PBC and KOLs in joint working initiatives
To develop a positive environment for the portfolio of products
Ascertain key influencers and decision makers in the NHS-wide customer base
Liaising with the Regional Business Managers to streamline activities in region
Liaising with Representatives to initiate and deliver projects

The role is accompanied with an excellent package which includes a negotiable basic salary based on experience, pension, healthcare, bonus scheme and company car scheme.

ABPI

Person experience required

Experience of working in an pharmaceutical healthcare development/market access type industry role. Proven track record of sales and business management success. A proven track record in influencing the prescribing decision-making process with senior NHS customers in primary and secondary care. In depth knowledge of chosen therapy area or ability to take on high volumes of new information quickly. A self starter and effective problem solver who is accountable for own actions and results.
