The Client is a new and exciting start-up company, keen to establish themselves within the wound care therapy area. 
As part of their plans to establish themselves in the UK healthcare sector, they are seeking to recruit a Hospital Business Manager in London, who will take responsibility for both clinical and commercial sales of their wound care range in hospitals. The business manager will sell the products from both a clinical and commercial perspective with a focus on Tissue Viability Nurses, Lead District Nurses, primary care stakeholders within woundcare, Payers, and key stakeholders within Medicines Management.
The main roles and responsibilities of the Business Manager will be as follows:
Territory planning to maximise customer coverage of key customers.
Analyse sales data and interpret trends which impact both positively and negatively upon the business for the geography
Develop and implement business plans and account plans encompassing all appropriate Trust stakeholders
Deliver against sales targets
Develop and maintains exceptional levels of NHS/therapy/product knowledge
Build professional relationships with TVNs and Procurement stakeholders
Systematically reviews account progress and account strategies 


 


Qualifications

Full driving licence

Person experience required

Strong commercial experience Previous experience at all levels, primary care, secondary care, CCG Ability to work autonomously and plan across a large geography Excellent analytical skills Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills Strong strategic commercial experience (KAM level) Must be able to demonstrate skills at the strategic part of the sales cycle Proven track record in gaining new business Key capabilities we are looking for include: Commercial thinking Resilience High level networking Drive and self - motivation High Calibre Business Manager Desirable - Experience selling wound care products in the hospital sector.
